Intermediate Apprenticeship

 

Course Duration

The course usually runs for 12+ months delivered at your employer’s premises. Our Training Consultants normally visit you every 3-6 weeks.

 

Course Content

The course will consist of:

 

Customer Service Level 2 Diploma

Units may include:

  • Communicate using customer service language
  • Follow the rules to deliver customer service
  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Deal with customers face-to-face
  • Deliver reliable customer service
  • Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
  • Take details of customer service problems
  • Develop personal performance.

 

Functional Skills in English and Mathematics Level 1

This helps you to improve your maths and English skills in relation to your work role.

Advanced Apprenticeship

 

Course Duration

  • Demonstrate understanding of customer service
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the rules that impact on improvements
  • Make customer service personal
  • Organise the delivery of reliable customer service
  • Improve the customer relationship
  • Monitor and solve customer service problems
  • Work with others to improve customer service.

 

Functional Skills in English and Mathematics Level 2

This helps you to improve your maths and English skills in relation to your work role.
