Aims
GKTS aim to provide a high quality IAG service ensuring all candidates and employers have access to a professional practitioner that helps and assists individuals to make informed choices about their training needs and personal development, and assisting them to unlock and fulfil their potential.
Objectives
We provide a range of impartial information, advice and guidance interventions to support candidates through their individual learner journeys. All candidates have access to regular information, advice and guidance sessions during: getting in, getting on and moving on interventions. If we are unable to meet the need or needs of a candidate, then we will make a referral to an alternative quality provider.
We have a range of information sources that are quality controlled to ensure the information remains relevant and up-to-date, to assist with the support we provide our candidates and staff.
